CreatinSmart is a small household shipping and UK customs practice. We are not a high-street removals chain and we are not a nameless port agent. The work is surveyed moves, packing lists that survive a customs query, and Transfer of Residence filings that are either defensible or not filed at all.
How the work is done
Origin packing may be our own crew in the North West or a partner we have already used on that lane. The inventory, the ToR1, the CDS entry and the UK delivery are run from 16 Westbank Road, Manchester M20 4SX. If something is stuck at a port, you speak to the same desk that wrote the packing list.
We work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm UK time. Saturday surveys happen when a weekday access is impossible — a occupied rental, a building that only allows weekend loading, a family still in situ. Sunday is not a loading day except where a port appointment forces it.
Insurance is arranged through specialist household-goods markets. We do not invent a cover figure on the website. Declared value, packing method and the policy wording travel together, and we will not load an undeclared high-value piece “to keep the premium down”.
Who this is for
People transferring residence to Great Britain. People leaving GB with a house to ship. Families who already have a visa and a tenancy and need the crates to match both. We are a poor fit if you need a same-week man-and-van, or if the cargo is commercial stock dressed up as personal effects.
